This program is exactly the way I set up my weekly training. A healthy blend of lifting, cardio, and of course yoga.
This is much more than just a training program. Before beginning each workout, my invitation to you is to check in with how you are feeling, what you need, and why you showed up. Be compassionate for whatever version of you arrives in the gym or on your mat.
