Starting her career at a young age immediately after graduating from New York University, Alex has been able to explore and grow truly immersed within the fitness industry. An opportunity that has allowed her to discover what works, and what doesn’t.
Finding her focus in functional fitness, Alex refuses to train simply to check the “workout” box on her to-do list, but instead trains to live. With a passion to constantly get stronger and better, she combines a variety of fitness genres in her training regimen (including but not limited to powerlifting, strength training, olympic lifting, CrossFit, running, rowing, spinning, yoga, etc.)
As a NIKE Master Trainer and personality, Alex works regularly with publications like SHAPE, SELF, Women’s Health, Cosmopolitan, and Refinery29, just to name a few. She was also named as a top 5 finalist in the 2016 Women’s Health Magazine Next Fitness Star Search.
Certified as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise as well as a SFG1 Kettlebell Instructor and Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC,) Alex combines her 350hr yoga training and love of movement with her own personal experience to help her clients truly understand the connection to their body and their mind.
